OVERFLOWING WITH WORDS

If he didn’t tell you what was on his mind it was because he didn’t feel he could. You think he was afraid. In a way that’s true, but if he was afraid, it was because you weren’t really inviting, you weren’t “empty” enough, loving enough, to receive him. Listening isn’t easy! And yet, I’m fairly sure that people are overflowing with words, and in allowing them to express themselves, we allow them a measure of release, and a chance to become themselves again.
