I don’t care that they stole my idea. I care that they don’t have any of their own. (Nikola Tesla). There are people who never think for themselves. Every thing they say and do comes from copying another person. These individuals are quick to take credit for the idea although they did, in fact, steal it from another. This happens often in the work place. It’s not unusual for a supervisor to take credit for the creative innovation of a subordinate. It is highly admirable to avoid seeking credit for one’s own ideas or contributions. However, when another profits from your ideas it does seem unjust. Ultimately, the truth will reveal itself. If your hard work is hardly noticed while another glorifies in the benefits of your creativity and labor, eventually the lack of talent in the one will be exposed and the abundance of talent in the other will be revealed.
