Some of us learn from other people’s mistakes and the rest of us are other people.  We can take some comfort in perhaps.  If we don’t learn from the wisdom and experience of others then we can at least be examples of how NOT to do something.  Those of us who are “hard-headed”, willful, stubborn, know-it-alls have a more difficult time accepting the truth of what others say.  Maybe we don’t trust people (for good reason).  Maybe we like to see for ourselves.  Perhaps we are just testing the theory.  Regardless it turns out the same.  Some of us learn things the easy way, and some of us learn things the hard way.  It might be a pride issue too–trust or pride?  Which do you think?  webbwisdom.com 2017.
