The healing power of nature cannot be underestimated.  It is amazing what a few minutes outside can accomplish!  Looking at the sky or nature can fill us with a peace like nothing else can.  When feeling overwhelmed or helpless, go outside a few minutes and just breathe!  It does not take very long to feel better outside.  You don’t have to take long walks or go camping to get the benefits of nature.  Nature is healing in all of it’s forms and locations.  Take advantage of a little pick-me-up whenever you can.  If nothing else, get a few minutes of sunshine to help you focus and cope.
