Say these things to yourself or imagine someone else saying them to you.  This is better if done in your mind and not out loud although it’s OK if you want to talk out loud to yourself. Whatever works for you is they way you want to do it.

  • I’m thinking about you.
  • You are so special.
  • I love you just the way you are.
  • You are beautiful to me.
  • You are so smart.
  • I’m so glad you are here.
  • I’ll take care of you.
  • I’ll protect you.
  • I will keep you safe.
  • I am proud of you.
  • I hear you.
  • I am listening.
